In Orange County, there is no single standard eyelash-extension price. Start by confirming whether the quote is for a full set or a fill, which style it covers, and what future maintenance may cost. ENCLAVE currently lists full sets at $95 for Classic, $125 for Wispy or Wet-Look, and $145 for Volume. Those are ENCLAVE’s own posted prices—not a countywide average.

Full set and fill are different quotes

A full set begins a new application. A fill maintains an existing set by replacing extensions lost as natural lashes shed and addressing the current design. Providers may define fill eligibility by time since the last visit, how much usable work remains, the condition of the lashes, and whether another artist applied the set. Ask for the written definition instead of assuming that “two-week fill” is universal.

Style affects the quote—but the label is not the whole design

Classic, wispy, wet-look and volume describe different construction or visual effects. Appointment time, desired density, natural-lash suitability and customization can influence how a provider structures prices. The most expensive style is not automatically the best match, and a lower price does not tell you whether the look will be natural or dramatic.

Ask what the advertised price includes

1. Is this a new full set, a fill or a short touch-up?
2. Which style, density and customization are included?
3. How long is the appointment, and is consultation time included?
4. What qualifies for a fill, including work from another provider?
5. Are removal, repair, lash bath, deposit or late-cancellation charges separate?
6. What is the policy if the service is postponed for eye irritation or illness?

A clear provider should be able to answer without creating false urgency. Get terms in writing when deposits or eligibility rules affect what you will pay.

Do not compare safety by price alone

California’s Board of Barbering and Cosmetology advises consumers to verify that the practitioner and establishment are licensed and that hands, tools and the work area are properly cleaned. The FDA advises stopping an eye cosmetic if it causes irritation and seeking medical attention if the irritation persists. A price tag cannot prove sanitation, suitable adhesive placement or good judgment around symptoms.
